Bespoke training plan
Your plan will be uploaded by Friday each week at the latest. In each individual session you will have a detailed description of what you are doing, why you are doing it and what ranges we would like you to hit.
Why you are doing sessions is crucial, it is always easier to push yourself hard if you know it is for a logical and productive reason!
Your plan is uniquely tailored around your individual physiology, availability and goals. We will never make two plans the same because each and every athlete is different.
Unlimited messaging and video calls
Getting to know an athlete well and having an unlimited flow of communication is the best way to maximise potential. All our Gold athletes are invited to contact their coaches as and when they are needed. A wealth of experience and advice available at the click of a button.
Daily training plan alterations
Late night with the kids, busy day and work or just very tired? If for whatever reason you can´t complete your session we will alter your plan and get you back on track to ensure you are on the right trajectory to smash your goals.

Daily WK05 data analysis with file sharing
Gold clients will receive daily analysis using the world´s most advanced cycling data analysis software. Where relevant our coaches will share various graphs and illustrations detailing your progression. At the end of each phase athletes will receive a progress report with unique WKO5 insights.
The fundamental advantage of WKO5 training is using a Power Duration Model to set and optimise training.

Annual event target mapping
Your coach will construct an Annual Training Plan that is specifically tailored to your target goals and events, aiming to peak at exactly the right time and ensuring that you are getting sufficient rest throughout the season.

Suggestions and strategies for optimising your fuelling on and off the bike.
Monthly progress report generated through WKO5
Athletes will be given a monthly detailed progress report showing how specific training has helped develop certain energy systems over time. Detailed graphs will illustrate progression trajectory.
Free training history review on signup
Before joining your coach will review your training history. This is not a case of needing to know what your 20min PB is, it is a general look at how you have managed your training and recovery in the past in order to gauge availability and fatigue levels.
Ride with your coach opportunities
Throughout the year we will aim to organise Gold athlete group rides at times and in locations that are convenient for the majority.
