An in-depth session with a senior DUCHY coach
We start with a detailed review of your training history using WKO5 to understand how you’ve been training, uncover your strengths, limiters, and performance trends. From there, we discuss your upcoming events and personal targets- and suggest specific, realistic performance goals to guide your plan.
