FAQs
  • WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE IT?
    You can cancel anytime. We have no contracts and no minimum signup. But, we are happy to have a 97% retention rate and 5 star Google reviews, so we hope to have a long and successful training journey together.
  • AM I EXPERIENCED ENOUGH FOR COACHING?
    We coach riders of all abilities, from total novices to elite racers. Your coach will adapt sessions to meet your physiology and experience.
  • DO I NEED A COACH?
    Well, we are not sure yet! Coaching is not for everyone and we’ll let you know if you’d be better off going it alone or with another company. What we do know is self coaching is incredibly difficult, notably making rational training decisions when fatigued. Far too often riders are doing too much high intensity, not resting enough and not eating enough or at the correct times. Furthermore, we often see a real lack of specificity in training, i.e riders who are targeting certain events but doing generic training that does not simulate the demands of their targets. Finally, periodising training is something that experienced coaches do so well, i.e setting sessions that will have you going very hard at just the right time, so you peak for your desired event.
  • DO I HAVE ENOUGH TIME FOR COACHING?
    We pride ourselves on effectively structuring training around whatever life throws at you. From Google executives to top flight lawyers, we work with busy people! As an approximate guide, 5 hours of training over 7 days is about the minimum time required. Of course, weeks off for holidays, work etc is absolutely expected.
  • I’VE TRIED COACHING BEFORE AND IT DIDN’T WORK
    Let's just say there are some great coaches out there and, well, some not so great ones.... We use cutting edge software to track your physiology and tailor every session accordingly. We carefully structure sessions around your routine. We maximise saddle time and avoid junk miles. We communicate and feedback daily. We create a sense of community. We instil confidence and self believe. We keep training fun. We get results!
  • WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
    The basics: bike and heart rate monitor. However in order to gain as much value as possible from our analysis, a power meter is needed.
  • CAN I THINK ABOUT IT AND LET YOU KNOW?
    Of course you can, there is absolutely no pressure. The timing has to be right for you. However we will not be able to hold a place for you for longer than 3 days as each of our coaches has a maximum capacity.
  • I’VE NEVER HEARD OF YOU GUYS, ARE YOU ANY GOOD?
    Please feel free to check us all out on social media! Each coach has linked their personal instagram pages and the company instagram is also accessible in the footer of our site. We also have a 5 star rating on Google.
  • I CAN’T AFFORD IT.
    Our fundamental aim is to make you a fitter, faster and happier cyclist. We strive to make positive changes that fill you with confidence in all aspects of your life. We believe the value we provide is worth the cost, but we’ll let you be the judge of that!
